So I finally succumbed to peer pressure and started one of these. It’s been a while since I’ve blogged – not counting my near-obsessive use of Twitter. The last time I was a serious blogger was in high school, with all my buddies on LiveJournal, chatting about which teacher I hated and which girls I thought were hot (nobody ever agreed with me, by the way). Of course, things got interesting when several subjects of my posts (such as my parents), stumbled upon it.

That was awkward, to say the least. But times change, and hopefully I’ve learned a thing or two over the years. Mostly, I’m starting this out of curiosity. I was an adolescent back then – now I’m a twenty-something, just out of school, gainfully employed, slowly opening his eyes and realizing he’s responsible for writing the next chapters of his life. What will he say?
